Is your advertising actually working ?
Since the credit crunch (if you can call it that) hitting the UK, alot of companies have gone into a bit of a panic and have stopped spending money on advertising or have made some major cut backs.
Many companies are feeling the pinch and have seen a dramatic decline in sales over the past few months but from what I am seeing, no one seems to be doing anything about it other than panicking.
One thing that you must NOT do at times like this is to stop advertising, without that surely things are going to drop off a bit ?
Surely at a time like this though its worth taking the time to assess your advertising.
Is your advertising actually working?
Are you monitoring where your business comes from or are you advertised in that many places you dont know?
If you trade online are you tracking where your hits come from?
