Day Fifty One - Wednesday 28th February
Day 3 of not having my other laptop, and its really starting to affect the business. I cant do any design work, or web work, as the laptop im on is our server, with lots of files and printers on it.
Today we had a meeting with our new Bank Manager, as we are sick of the way Lloyds TSB are treating us. Everytime we go in and do something a problem seems to develop. We’re sick of not being able to go in and speak to our Business Account Manager face-to-face. We are looking at HSBC for our new bank, and are expected to finalise things with them by the end of the week!
Also, today we were given about 10 years worth of modified car mag’s.
Our friend Andy from Body and Tuning gave them to us, he described them as his “Education”. Instead of school he spent his time scouring the pages of the magazines looking for inspiration. Now he’s a very well know body stylist in our hometown of Mansfield. Thanks Binnsey.

That looks similar to my collection, though you have many more. I love going back through old magazines to see what the trends were like, how people were building their cars and just to use them as a reference for ideas and researching parts.

We were shocked to see what the mags were like all them years ago. Its given us some good ideas to be fair.
